In Fremont’s old Adobe Office Building in the heart of historic downtown Mariposa, the spirit of the Old West during the Great California Gold Rush of 1849 still lives.

The original Gold Coin Saloon opened in the 1880s, in historic downtown Mariposa.

Dine with the Clipper Ships

These 1870s-1890s murals were lovingly restored, after being damaged over the years from old saloon activity – bullets, pool sticks and balls.

The Gold Coin Club business has a rich and colorful history in Mariposa, dating back to the Great Depression days.
